摘要
地理环境分为自然地理环境和人文地理环境 ,它们对一个地域饮食文化的形成和发展产生不同程度的影响。我国幅员辽阔 ,地理环境的地域差异大 ,这是形成我国丰富的饮食文化和众多各具特色地方菜系的重要原因。
The geographical environment consists of natural geographical environment and humanistic one, which influence to some extent the forming and development of dietetic culture of a region. China, with a vast territory, has distinct regional differences of geographical environment, which is a most important reason for the forming of the diversified dietetic culture and varied local dish styles.
