老年2型糖尿病体脂状态及其与慢性并发症相关因素的调查分析和健康管理研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 调查老年 2型糖尿病体脂状态及其与慢性并发症的关系 ,为健康管理提供科学依据。方法 对诊治的 1 0 8例老年 2型糖尿病患者 ,其中正常体重组 (BMI≥ 2 2 .9kg/ m2 ) 34例 ,超重 /肥胖组 (BMI≥ 2 3kg/ m2 ) 74例 ,进行总体脂、局部体脂、血糖、血压及糖化血红蛋白检测 ,筛查糖尿病慢性并发症。结果 超重 /肥胖组较正常体重组在年龄、病程、BMI、FAT% ,FBS、Hb Alc及糖尿病慢性并发症发生率均显著增加 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 老年 2型糖尿病患者 ,对糖尿病的危害性认识不足 ,肥胖现象随年龄增加呈上升趋势 ,使糖尿病的多个慢性并发症未得到满意的控制 ,加强对这一群体的健康管理 ,有计划地实施干预策略 。 Objective Analysis related factor between body fat and chronic complication in type 2 diabetes mellitus in aged, supply science according to health supervising nurse. Methods Assay general fat, local fat, blood sugar, BP and HbAlc in 108 cases of old patients who have type 2 diabetes mellitus, including 34 cases who are normal body weight (BMI<22.9kg/m 2), 74 cases who are over weight or obesity (BMI≥23kg/m 2), screening chronic complication in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results The group of over weight or obesity is notable higher than the group of normal body weight in age, course, BMI, FAT%, FBS, HbAlc, incidence rate of chronic complication in 2 type diabetes mellitus. Conclusions Old patients who have type 2 diabetes mellitus do not get knowledge of hazardous of diabetes mellitus, incidence rate of obesity go up with age, and many chronic complication can not be well controled. Strengthen health supervising nurse, carry out planing intervention, this is the important measure of prevention and cure.
