This paper analyzes the ten problems Chinese education is faced with and has to deal with in 21st century, i.e., the mutual adaptability of education and society, the continuation and innovation of education, and the relations between tradition and modernism; the construction of scientific education system and the relation between educational theories and practices; the scientific evaluation system of education and a full development of education reviews; the individualization and generalization of education and the fostering objective of education; the relations between education and market economy; the fairness and efficiency of education; the professionalization of teaching staff; the lifework and commonality tendancy of high education; the professionalization of teaching staff; the multiplicity of educational systems and flexibility of educational organization; the relations between moral instruction and practices; and the nationalization and privatization of high education.
