摘要
采用RSM模型数值模拟了单入口、双入口旋风分离器环形空间流场分布形式。结果说明单入口分离器径向速度量值总体约是多入口分离器的10倍。双入口分离器环形空间流场对称性较好,切向速度比单入口分离器大;径向向心速度小,可能会减少气流向升气管壁面夹带的颗粒量;且升气管近壁下行速度小而均匀,能减小芯管下方短路流量,分离器性能比单入口分离器好。根据环形空间流场还可以推测,双入口分离器对升气管外壁面冲刷能力强且作用效果均匀,可以有效抑制在气管外壁大块结焦物的形成。
The flow fields in annular spaces of single-and double-inlet cyclone were simulated with RSM turbulent model.The results show that the radial velocity of single-inlet separator is 10 times that of double-inlet separator.Double-inlet separator offers a good symmetry.The tangential velocity is higher,the radial centripetal velocity is lower and short circuit flow is less than single-inlet separator.Therefore,the double-inlet cyclone has a better performance than that of single-inlet separator.In addition,the ...
