摘要
以普通小麦中国春及其30种缺四体为材料,对其籽粒戊聚糖含量进行遗传分析和鉴定。结果表明,1D、2B、3B、4B、6A和7A染色体可能携有增加水溶性戊聚糖(WSP)含量的相关基因,1B染色体可能携有降低WSP含量的相关基因;1B、3D、4A和7D染色体可能携有增加非水溶性戊聚糖(WIP)含量的相关基因,1A、2D和6A染色体上可能携有降低WIP含量的相关基因。
By using 30 kinds of nulli-tetrasomics derived from Triticum aestivum 'Chinese Spring' as tested materials,the genetic analysis and identification of pentosan content were conducted.The results showed that 1D,2B,3B,4B,6A and 7A chromosomes might carry some genes controlling higher water-soluble pentosans(WSP) content-related,1B chromosome could carry some related genes to lower WSP content;1B,3D,4A and 7D chromosomes could carry some genes increasing water-insoluble pentosans(WIP) content,while 1A,2D and 6A...
