摘要
建立了同时检测葡萄酒中8种有机酸的高效液相色谱分析方法。采用日本资生堂CAPCELLPAKMGS5色谱柱(4.6mmi.d.×150mm,5μm),乙睛-磷酸溶液为流动相等度洗脱,流速为0.5mL/min,210nm和243nm下检测,外标定量法。结果显示:8种有机酸的线性关系良好,相关系数在0.9953~0.9999之间;精密度、稳定性的RSD都低于5%;平均回收率为85%~120%之间,检出限为0.0141~1.3427mg/L之间。
A method was established to determine eight organic acids in wine by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP- HPLC). The HPLC optimal conditions contained: Japan CAPCELL PAK MG S5,(4.6mmi.d. ×150 mm, 5μm), a mobile phase gradient elution with acetonitrile- phosphoric acid, the flow rate of 0.5 ml/min, the detect wave at 210 nm and 243 nm.
