摘要 本文结合船舶修造行业焊接作业的特点,分析了船舶焊接作业存在的危害因素,提出了控制焊接事故的预防措施,通过加强对人员、设备和作业环境的安全管理,从而有效控制焊接作业事故的发生,降低焊接作业产生的危害,提高船舶修造安全管理水平。 The hazardous factors of welding process are analyzed based on the characteristic of ship repairing and building,the precautionary measures for the welding accidents are studied.By enhancement the safety management about personnel,facilities and working environment,it will be efficient to control the happening of welding accidents,reduce the hazard of welding task and promote the safety management level of the ship repairing and building.
