摘要
[目的]分析黄芪注射液不良反应的原因。[方法]对31例黄芪注射液的不良反应的用药情况及不良反应类型等统计分析。[结果]黄芪注射液所致的不良反应主要为变态反应,其中皮肤反应12例(占38.7%),过敏性休克6例(占19.4%),药物热8例(占25.8%),呼吸系统5例(占16.1%)。[结论]黄芪注射液可导致不良反应,其表现多样化,原因是多方面的。
[Objective]To analyse the causes of the adverse reactions(ADR)of radix astragali injection.[Methods]A statistic was conducted on 31 reports of adverse drug reactions related with Radix Astragali injection.[Results]The main ADR was allergy.Among the total,12 reports were cutaneous reaction(38.7%),6 anaphylactic Shock(19.4%),8 drug fever(25.8%)and 5 respiratory apparatus reaction(16.1%).[Conclusion]The reasons of ADR caused by Radix Astragali injection were miscellaneous.
