摘要
在涝害胁迫前后,分析了黄瓜6个生态类型的40个品种(系)的植株死亡率、叶绿素损失率、SOD增长率、POD损失率和CAT增长率5项指标,并以不同品种(系)间5项指标的平均隶属函数值综合评价了40个品种(系)的耐涝性。结果表明,供试华北型黄瓜中具有较多的强耐涝性资源,华南型黄瓜多数属于中等耐涝类型,但是早二N品系具有较强的耐涝性;美国露地黄瓜和欧洲温室型黄瓜多数属于不耐涝或敏涝类型;西亚型和日本型黄瓜分别属于中等耐涝和敏涝类型。
To analysis submergence tolerance of 40 cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.)cultivars,the seedlings of each line at five-leaf stage were treated with flooding water.The plant death rate,chlorophyll loss ratio,SOD,POD and CAT values were checked at the 0 and 6 days after treatment.Based on the average of subordinate function(SF)analysis,North China cucumber showed high tolerance to submergence treatment and South China cucumber was middle tolerant to submergence,but zaoer N line has high tolerance to submergence.Ame...
