大连市海洋资源可持续开发利用研究

Research on Sustainable Exploitation and Utilization of Marine Resources of Dalian

综合运用定量分析方法和海洋资源开发利用与可持续发展理论,对大连市海洋资源的开发利用情况进行了分析和评价,剖析了大连市海洋资源利用中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了大连市"十二五"时期海洋资源利用的对策建议。

Through comprehensively using both the method of quantitative analysis and the theory of exploitation,utilization and sustainable development of marine resources,the paper analyzed and evaluated the exploitation and utilization of marine resources of Dalian city,discussed the existent problems in the utilization of marine resources of Dalian,and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the exploitation and utilization of marine resources of Dalian in the period of "The 12th Five-year Plan".
