摘要
以2个大豆(Glycinemax(L.)Merrill)品种(浙春3号和1601)为材料,研究了不同浓度Fe2+对初花期大豆叶片体内保护系统和膜脂过氧化的影响。结果表明,高Fe2+胁迫使细胞内丙二醛(MDA)含量和质膜透性(MP)增大,体内保护系统中的过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及脯氨酸(Pro)含量的变化出现先升后降的趋势。不同大豆品种对高铁胁迫的反应存在差异,与抗氧化系统(酶类和非酶类)的整体活力相关。
The study deals with the changes of endogenous protective systems and membrane lipid peroxidation with different supple mentation of iron concentration in soybean (Glycine max(L.)Merrill) leaves at the initiation of flowering in two soybean varieties (Zhechun No.3 and 1601).The control plants under high ferrous exhibited an increasing of membrance permeability(MP) and malondialdehyde(MDA) contents. Catalase(CAT), peroxide(POD), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and proline (Pro) contents rised at frist and lowered later.Some genetic variation in the responses to Fe^(2+) were found among the two soybean varieties which was related to the activities of the total antioxidant systems.
