摘要
红外光谱分析技术是一种高效、快速的现代分析技术,近年来,红外光谱在润滑油行业的应用也越来越广泛。文章简要介绍了傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)在润滑油添加剂质量考察、润滑油中添加剂含量的测定、润滑油理化指标的快速测定、解决润滑油质量问题以及在用润滑油的质量监控中的应用。
The infrared spectroscopy analysis technology is a highly effective and fast modern analysis technology.In recent years,it has been applied more and more widely in lubricant industry.In this paper,the applications of FTIR in lubricant are briefly described,including the quality analysis of lubricating oil and its additive,the determination of additive content in lubricating oil,solving oil quality problems and the quality monitoring of in-use lubricating oil,and so on.
