摘要
采用PCR-RFLP技术对采集自福建、江西、四川3个地区5个泽泻样品的26S rDNA进行扩增和酶切分 析,并对其PCR扩增及酶切反应的条件进行一系列优化,建立了最优的PCR扩增及酶切反应体系,为泽泻栽培 种的分子鉴定奠定了技术基础。
PCR-RFLP was applied to analyse 26S rDNA of five species of Alisma orientale, which were collected from Fujian, Jiangxi and Sichuan Provinces. The parameters of the digestion on the amplified products were optimized. The study is to establish the optimal system, which would be used in the molecular identification of Alisma orientale.
