大黄煎液对阿霉素肾病小鼠的治疗作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]探讨大黄煎液对阿霉素肾病小鼠的治疗作用。[方法]建立阿霉素诱导的肾病模型,随机分为模型组、大黄煎液低剂量组、大黄煎液高剂量组、强的松治疗组及空白对照组。收集各组小鼠血液、24h尿液,检测其血、尿肌酐和尿蛋白含量;HE染色下观察肾脏病理学变化。[结果]实验第2周大黄煎液低剂量组尿蛋白含量比大黄煎液高剂量组和强的松组明显减少(P<0.05)。实验第4周大黄煎液高剂量组和强的松组血肌酐含量比空白组、模型组明显减少(P<0.05)。HE染色示模型组小鼠肾小球系膜部分增厚,细胞核增多,肾小管有充血。[结论]大黄煎液对阿霉素肾病小鼠具有一定治疗作用。 [Objective]To observe the therapeutical effects of Rhubarb apozem in mice with Adriamycin nephropathy.[Methods]Adriamycin nephropathy mice models were prepared and randomly divided into model group,Rhubarb low dose group,Rhubarb high dose group,Prednisone treatment group and blank group.The blood and 24h urine volume of each group were collected to determine contents of serum and urine creatinine and contents of urine protein.One side of renal tissues was fixed to apply HE staining and pathological changes of them were observed in all groups.[Results]The contents of urine protein of Rhubarb low dose group were significantly lower than Rhubarb high dose group and Prednisone treatment group in the second week.The contents of serum creatinine of Rhubarb high dose group and Prednisone treatment group were both lower than the blank and model groups in the 4th week.The pathological changes of renal tissue by HE staining showed that the glomerular mesangium of the model groups was partly thickening and cell nucleus were increased with the nephric tubules hyperaemia.[Conclusion]Rhubarb apozem has some therapeutical effects on mice with Adriamycin nephropathy.
