摘要
结合实际工作,对施工全过程造价控制的合同管理、变更及签证管理、索赔管理、工程款给付等方面应注意的问题进行了论述,探讨和分析了如何更好对建设工程施工阶段进行全过程造价控制,以达到提高建设资金的使用效率和提高项目管理水平的目的。
In this article,combining with the actual work,some problems which should be paid attention in contract management,change and visa management,claim management,project benefits are discussed.The author also analyzes and discusses how to better control the cost for the whole construction process to stage of construction project to improve use efficiency of construction funds and project management level.
