摘要
采用单因素试验对猴头菇液体菌种发酵的碳源、氮源、复合氮源和其它因素进行了优化;在此基础上,进行L16(45)正交实验。结果表明:确定优化后的碳源为麦芽糖,氮源为蛋白胨,复合氮源为蛋白胨和酵母膏,复合维生素为麸皮水;优化的发酵培养基(g/L)为:葡萄糖22,蛋白胨0.2,酵母膏0.5,KH2PO5,MgSO4.7H2O 1。使用优化后的培养基发酵,猴头菇的产量显著提高,由5.12 g/L提高到11.84 g/L。
The carbon source,nitrogen source,mixed nitrogen source and other factors of fermentation medium for improving mycelium of Hericium erinaceus(Bull.)Per.were determined by one-factor-at-a-time method.The results showed that,the optimized medium by L16(45) orthogonal design was(g/L): glucose 22,peptone 0.2,yeast extract 0.5,KH2PO4 5,MgSO4·7H2O 1.Under the medium,the mycelium dry weight of Hericium erinaceus(Bull.)Per.increased to 11.84 g/L(5.12 g/L in original medium).
