延吉市朝鲜族和汉族居民平均期望寿命及去因期望寿命的比较分析

Analysis of life expectancy and deaths reasons of Korean-Chinese and Han nationality in Yanji city

[目的 ]了解延吉市朝鲜族和汉族居民的平均期望寿命及去因期望寿命 .[方法 ]对延吉市2 0 0 0年的死亡病例进行回顾性调查 ,计算平均期望寿命及去因期望寿命 ,并对其进行分析 .[结果 ]延吉市汉族男性及朝鲜族男性的平均期望寿命分别为 81 86岁及 73 14岁 ,女性分别是 82 2 9岁及 79 4 0岁 ;不论男女 ,汉族居民的期望寿命均高于朝鲜族 ;无论男女 ,朝鲜族居民的脑血管疾病对期望寿命的影响大于汉族 ;在汉族居民中恶性肿瘤对期望寿命的影响大于朝鲜族 ;汉族男性的心血管疾病对期望寿命的影响大于朝鲜族男性 ,而朝鲜族女性则大于汉族女性 .[结论

OBJECTIVE?To understand the life expect ancy and life expectancy eliminated major cause of death of Han nationality and Kore an-Chinese nationality in Yanji city.?METHODS?The death cases 2000 in Yanji city were retrospectively surveyed, and it was calculated and ana lyzed that life expectancy and life expectancy eliminated major causes of de ath. ?RESULTS?The life expectancy in male was 81.86 years old in H an nationality and 73.14 years old in Korean-Chinese nationality, and one in f emale was 82.29 years old in Han nationality and 79.40 years old in Korean -Ch inese nationality, respectively. In the life expectancy eliminated major cause o f deaths, cerebrovascular diseases was higher in Korean-Chinese nationality tha n in Han nationality, and malignant neoplasms was higher in Han nationality than in Korean-Chinese nationality in both sex; cardiovascular diseases was hig her in Han nationality of male than in Korean-Chinese nationality, and it was high er in Korean-Chinese nationality than in Han nationality.?CONCLUSION? There were differences on the life expectancy and the life expectancy el iminated major cause of deaths among Korean-Chinese nationality and Han nationa lity.
