摘要
在真空导入模塑工艺(Vacuum Infusion Molding Process,简称VIMP)过程中,增强材料纤维层数是衡量渗透率的一个重要因素,本文通过测量一维单向和二维径向下的渗透率来研究纤维层数的影响,结果表明:对于同一织物,随着纤维层数的增加,渗透率呈现先上升后下降的趋势,在4层时渗透率达到最大。
The layer of fiber reinforcement is an important factor for measuring the permeability in the vacuum infusion molding process(VIMP). This paper studies the influence of fiber layers by measuring the one-dimensional and two-dimensional radial penetration, and the results show that: for the same fabric, along with the increase of fiber layer, the permeability first increased and then decreased while the 4 layers reached the maximum.
