浅谈高校辅导员的学生管理技巧

The college counselors ' management skills

在我国的高等教育中,高校辅导员对于强化学校管理的作用是不容忽视的。由于受到社会政治、经济、文化环境的影响,当代大学生的个性和心理特点发生了根本的转变,所以在新时期的学生管理工作中,高校辅导员必须在提高自身素质和能力的基础上,逐步掌握管理工作的技巧,进而才能达到预期的管理目标,促进和谐校园的构建。本文结合笔者多年高校辅导员工作经验,简要分析了学生管理的技巧,仅供同行参考。

In China’s higher education,the role of college counselors to strengthen school management can’t be ignored.Due to affect by social politics,economy,cultural environment,contemporary college students' personality and psychological characteristics to produce fundamental change,so in the new period of management of students,college counselors must gradually master the management skills on the basis of improving their own quality and ability,and can achieve the anticipated target of management,to promote the construction of harmonious campus.This paper combines with many years of college counselors' working experience,to analyze the management skills,only for the reference.
