In order to solve the problems of college physical experiment teaching and effectively develop students` awareness of innovation and creativity, this paper explores the significance, the objectives and the content of construction of college physical innovation practice base. It then argues that through practice, base construction will prove to be successful. It finally suggests building a new pattern to cultivate the innovative ability of new college students. To certain extent, the establishment of such base construction pattern will have pilot effect.
