摘要
介绍了目前重庆市主城区城市交通基本情况,包括城市道路、车辆保有量、交通拥堵和交通安全等方面的统计数据,以及主城区交通的主要问题和所面临的挑战;结合国际上先进城市交通规划和管理经验,对重庆市未来的交通发展提出了一些交通规划和管理方面的建议。
The existing transportation conditions for the urban area in Chongqing city were introduced.The transportation problems and challenges were also pointed out.A set of suggestions for the Chongqing transportation,covering transportation planning/engineering,city planning,and transportation management,public transit,public education etc were introduced.
