摘要
通过对技术指标、试验材料及现场施工工艺比较,提出严寒地区板式无砟轨道CA砂浆施工配合比及施工工艺,以满足《客运专线铁路CRTSI型板式无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青砂浆暂行技术条件》及《客运专线铁路CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青砂浆暂行技术条件——严寒地区补充规定》性能要求。为我国东北严寒地区I型板式无砟轨道施工提出了研究方向。
The mixing ratio and construction processes for CA mortar grouting for ballastless slab track in cold area are proposed according to technical indexes,material test and site construction process comparison so as to meet the requirements stipulated in Interim Technical Conditions for CRTSⅠ Slab Ballastless Track Cement Emulsified Asphalt Mortar for Passenger Dedicated Railway and Technical Conditions for CRTSⅠ Slab Ballastless Track Cement Emulsified Asphalt Mortar for Passenger Dedicated Railway—Supplementary Provisions for Cold Area.Future study is proposed on I slab ballastless track construction in cold area.
