摘要
针对安全避险"六大系统"中,避难硐室选址的问题,从瓦斯爆炸事故的分析、避难硐室选址的地质因素、避难硐室选址与人员分布和人员疏散检验4个方面来研究避难硐室选址中的关键技术.结果表明:避难硐室选址应该避开压力峰值区域;避难硐室至工作面的距离要大于冲击波破坏造成的人员死亡边界;根据疏散时间检验,避难硐室距离工作面以1 000 m为宜;避难硐室两端入口要布置在进风巷道中,以采区布置为主,井底车场附近可不设置避难硐室.
To select the locations for mine refuge stations in the 'six systems' of safety hedge,this study investigates the key technologies for location selection from four aspects including the analysis of explosion accidents,the geological factors at the locations of mine refuge stations,the personnel distribution in the mine,and the personnel evacuation and check.The result indicates that the locations of mine refuge stations should avoid the explosion pressure peak area;the distance between the mine refuge stations and the working face should be longer than the personnel death boundary caused by shock wave.According to the evacuation time,the best distance between the mine refuge stations and the working face is 1000m.Both the entrances of a mine refuge station should be positioned in intake airway,for instance,in the mining panel area.It is not appropriate to set mine refuge stations at nearby shaft bottom.
