摘要 玉米是我国的主要农作物之一,但是其收获的劳动强度较大,农民工作环境恶劣。为了改善驾驶员的工作环境,研究一种无人驾驶的、可以远程控制的收获机成为一种必然和趋势。为此,介绍了一种以AT89C52单片机为核心,VB6.0为上位机软件开发平台的控制系统;详细阐述了该控制系统的组成、通讯、上位机软件和下位机软件的设计思路;通过在电脑上进行模拟仿真以及现场的安装调试,最终研制出了一种玉米收获机远程控制系统。该系统使用方便,工作可靠,实现了自动控制玉米收获的要求,可推广用于多种农业机械的控制。该系统现已投入运行,取得了良好的效果。 Corn is one of the main crops in China.However,farmers harvesting corn is with enormous labor intensity and with terrible working environment.For the sake of improving the environment where driver works,it is a trend that one researches a corn harvester,which is unmanned and can be controlled remotely.So we introduce a system that regards the AT89C52 SCM as the core and takes the VB6.0 as the platform which is used in the pc software development,and elaborate the constitute、communication of the system and the design idea of the pc and lower computer.With the simulation and emulation in computer and the installment and the debugging in scene that were finished,we ultimately research a remote control system of the corn harvesting,which is used conveniently and reliably.The system makes it come true that farmers can control the corn harvesting automatically.And it also can be used in the control of many agricultural mechanics.It has been applied in producing,and get a very good effect.
