摘要 基于Fluent商业软件平台,对1000MW单炉膛双切圆锅炉的燃烧过程进行了数值模拟,模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好。讨论了炉膛速度场与温度场的发展特点以及相互之间的协同性,同时也探讨了燃尽风投运比例对炉膛温度、炉膛充满度以及飞灰中未燃尽碳数量的影响,得到的经验性结论,可为电厂锅炉的优化运行提供参考。 The combustion process of an 1000MW ultra-supercritical boiler was simulated based on the Fluent commercial software platform,and the simulation results matched experiment results well.The development features of temperature and velocity fields and their synergy in the furnace were discussed.Meanwhile,the effects of over-fire air operation ratio to furnace temperature,furnace filling degree and the amount of uncompleted burned carbon in fly ash were investigated.Some experience results have been achieved,which can provide reference for optimal operation of power plant boiler.
