摘要
实验教学中心对于创新型人才培养起着重要作用,综合性大学农学类实验教学中心建设,面临着明显的有利条件和制约因素。建设高水平的农学类实验教学中心,应科学规划,分期建设;建立"中心化"运行机制;加强教学条件建设;建强实验人员队伍和推进实验教学改革。
Experimental teaching center plays an important role in the training of innovation talents.The construction of agricutural experimental teaching center in comprehensive universities is faced with great favorable conditions and restraining factors.Based on the analysis of these factors,four main points were introduced,including scientific planning,implementing in phases;establishing centralized operating mechanism;improving facilities and experimental teachers;promoting the reform of experimental teaching.
