摘要
研发了一种新型五段多回流电渗析器,并考察其间歇处理水中Cr(VI)的效果.实验结果表明,所研发的新型电渗析器具有很高的净化效率,可将Cr(VI)质量浓度由100mg.L-1降至0.2mg.L-1以下,达标排放.合适的除Cr(VI)操作条件为淡水室流速140mm.s-1,浓水Cr(VI)质量浓度6g.L-1,膜对平均电压6V.此时,将Cr(VI)质量浓度由100mg.L-1处理至达标的电耗为2.59kWh.mol-1 Cr(VI).
A novel electrodialyser with five-stage and tortuous-path spacers was developed and used for treating the synthetic wastewater containing Cr(VI) in batch.Experimental results showed that the electrodialyser was superior in purifying wastewater.It could reduce the Cr(VI) concentration from initial 100 mg·L-1 to lower than 0.2 mg·L-1.The optimum operational conditions for Cr(VI) removal are: a velocity of 140 mm·s-1 in the dilute chambers,a Cr(VI) concentration of 6 g·L-1 in the concentrate,and an average voltage of 6 V for each pair of membranes.The energy consumption in this condition is about 2.59 kWh·mol-1 Cr(VI).
