摘要
目的:探讨葛根素(Puerarin,Pue)对L-甲状腺素(Levothyoxine,Lev)所致大鼠心肌肥厚的心脏形态和功能的影响。方法:SD大鼠注射L-甲状腺素建立心肌肥厚模型,Pue按100mg·kg-1灌胃给药,监测血压持续15天,检测大鼠心功能,取心肌组织测心肌胶原和Ca2+浓度。结果:Pue组显著降低L-甲状腺素模型大鼠血压,降低Ca2+浓度组织胶原含量。结论:葛根素对甲状腺素所致大鼠心肌肥厚有一定的抑制作用。
Objective:To explore the effect of puerarin(Pue)on cardiac shape and function in myocardial hypertrophy(MH)induced by levothyoxine(Lev).Method:The MH model was established by hypodermic injection of levothyoxine in SD rats.Pue was given to rats orally(100mg·kg-1)for 10 days,and rat blood pressure was monitored.The rat cardiac function,collagen and Ca2+ concentration of cardiac cell were measured.Result:Compared with Lev group,Pue significantly decreased the blood pressure,collagen and Ca2+concentration.Conclusion:These results indicate that Pue has some certain function in inhibiting myocardial hypertrophy induced by Lev.
