摘要
本文在分析高校人事管理信息化建设过程中存在的问题的基础上,提出加强和改进人事管理信息化的方法建立人事管理信息系统,制定人事业务操作流程,实现资源共享,促进高校人事管理从传统事务型管理到现代人力资源数字化管理的转变,不断提高人事管理的效率和决策水平。
This paper analyzes the existed problems in the construction of university personnel management informalization.On this basis,it puts forward the methods of strengthening and improving personnel management informalization,including:set up personnel affair operation process,realize co-share of resources,promote the transition of university personnel management from traditional affair-type management to modern human resources digital management so as to improve personnel management efficiency and decision-making standard gradually.
