摘要
介绍了一种新型的液控式分层注水技术。该技术利用独立的管线通过液压控制井下封隔器工作状态。封隔器胶筒采用扩张式胶筒,密封性能稳定,可以产生一定的锚定力;油管采用玻璃钢管能够避免被腐蚀;管柱通径大不仅可以进行大排量反洗井,还能为下仪器验封提供较大的操作空间。对于提高注水开发效果具有一定的借鉴意义,同时为注水管柱易失效、油管易腐蚀等问题提供了一种新的思路。
A new liquid-controlled water injection technology was introduced.The technology can use independent line to control the condition of well packer through hydraulic pressure.Packer rubber uses expanding rubber,its seal performance is steady,and it can produce a certain anchor force.Using the glass pipe as oil tube can avoid to be corroded;the large bore size in pipe not only can take high-emission inverse well-flushing,but also provide a larger operating space for checking the seal of instrument.It has certain significance for improving the development effect of water injection,and provides a new idea to solve the problems including failure of the water injection string,corrosion of oil pipe.
