摘要
提出了一种基于图论技术划分保护区并结合综合决策判据的广域电流差动后备保护系统。系统建立在健全的光纤通信系统上,利用通信系统收集全网信息,利用图论方法实现保护区域的在线动态划分,通过设置故障综合启动元件和基于多层电流差动计算的综合保护判据,实现电网故障的准确定位和有效切除,完成保护功能。在保护单元故障的情况下,广域后备保护系统仍然拥有很高的选择性和可靠性,体现了优越的容错性能。保护系统在湖南省岳阳地区电网上进行了案例分析。
A graph theory partitioning protection zone and synthetic criterion based wide-area current differential backup protection system is proposed.System builds on robust optical communication system and collects signals in the whole network.By means of graph theory the dynamic online partitioning of protection zones is implemented.Analog and digital signals are collected by WAMS system and shared by communication system in the protection zone.Then fault in power network is located accurately and cut off effectively by setting synthetic fault activate component and synthetic protection criterion based on multilayer current differential calculations.Protection system doesn't lose its selectivity and reliability when failure occurs on protection unit.Fault tolerance on protection system is embodied.Case analysis is examplified on the power network of Yueyang in Hunan province.
