摘要
小干扰稳定成为限制电力传输容量的重要因素之一,为计算小干扰稳定约束下的电力可传输容量,利用粒子群算法,构造了优化模型,借助小干扰稳定指标来衡量系统小干扰稳定性。调节参与因子较大的发电机出力,在改变少数关键发电机出力的情况下,既改善系统小干扰稳定性,又能使可用输电能力达到最大。新英格兰39节点系统证明了该方法的正确性和有效性。
Small signal stability has been found to be the most important limiting factor when determining power transfer capabilities.To calculate the availbale transfer capability(ATC) within small signal stability constraint,this paper proposes a method based on particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm and a small signal stability index is used to determine the small signal stability status of a system.By adjusting the output of the generators with relatively large participation factors,the available transfer capability can be maximized with the improvement of the small signal stability.A case study of 39-bus New England system demonstrates the validity and effectivity of this approach.
