不同类型水稻群体持绿性的基因型×环境互作分析

摘要 以4个水稻群体(9802s、R287、两优287及(两优287)/R287)为材料,利用多年份多试点品种区域试验的统计分析方法,对其在2个年份和3个试点区所测得的叶长、叶宽、叶绿素含量spad1(抽穗时)和spad2(抽穗15d后)进行方差、单性状和综合性状的分析发现,水稻的持绿性状除了受到遗传基因型的影响外,还受到环境以及基因型×环境互作效应的影响,同一品种的同一性状在不同环境条件下的表现不一定相同;(两优287)/R287和两优287的持绿性均较强,虽然(两优287)/R287的spad2稳定性高于两优287,但是由于其变异性较大,两优287的综合性状优于(两优287)/R287. Four genetic populations in rice(9802s,R287,Liangyou 287 and(Liangyou287)/R287) were used as experimental materials,four traits associated with stay-green(leaf length,leaf width,chlorophyll contents spad1(at the time of heading) and spad2(half month after heading)) were evaluated in two years and three experimental units,the data obtained were analysed by statistical methods of multi-year and multi-location of variety regional trial.The results indicated that the stay-green character of rice was affected not only by genetic effect,but also by environment effect and genotype-environment interaction effect,that is,the same character of identical variety in different areas may be displayed in dissimilar appearances;the character of stay-green in(Liangyou287)/R287 and Liangyou287 were better,while the stability of spad2 in(Liangyou287)/R287 was better than Liangyou287,its comprehensive characters were weaker for its larger variability.
