改良后内侧入路治疗胫骨平台后柱骨折

Treat the Posterior Column Fractures of Tibial Plateau by Improved After Medial Surgical Approach

[目的]探讨改良后内侧入路治疗胫骨平台后柱骨折的临床效果。[方法]应用改良后内侧入路对47例胫骨平台后柱骨折患者进行复位骨折钢板固定。[结果]根据Hohl膝关节功能评定,本组患者治疗后优24例,良16例,可5例,差2例,优良率85.16%。术中解剖清晰,出血量少,并发症少。[结论]采用改良后内侧入路治疗胫骨平台后柱骨折能充分显露骨折部位,准确复位和牢固固定,膝关节功能恢复良好,具有解剖清晰,出血少,并发症少,操作简单、安全,膝关节功能恢复满意的优点,是适合于胫骨平台后柱骨折的手术入路。

[Objective]To investigate the clinical efficacy of treating the posterior column fractures of tibial plateau by improved medial surgical approach.[Methods]Choosing 47 cases that had posterior column fractures of tibial plateau were treated by improved medial surgical approach with plate fixation.[Results]Follow-up of all the patients postoperatively during 6mon-30mon,average was 16mon,using Hohl's functional assessment of knee joint,including pain,active capacity,scope of activities,stability and self-evaluation of patient:well 24 cases,good 16 cases,acceptable 5 cases,unacceptable 2 cases,fineness rate was 85%.During operating,anatomy was clear,blooding was less,and complications were fewer. [Conclusion]Treating the posterior column fractures of tibial plateau by improved after medial surgical approach could expose fracture clearly, accurately reset,firmly fix,and achieve good knee function.
