经阴道声诺维超声造影与宫腹腔镜检查对输卵管性不孕症诊断价值的比较 被引量:4

Comparsion of Diagnostic Value between Transvaginal SonoVue Contrast-enhanced Sonography and Laparoscopy in Patients with Tubal Infertility

摘要 目的:通过与宫腹腔镜检查对比评价经阴道声诺维(SonoVue)输卵管超声造影对输卵管性不孕症的诊断价值。方法:37例不孕症患者宫腹腔镜术前常规经阴道SonoVue输卵管超声造影,超声造影检查结果与宫腹腔镜术中检查结果进行对照分析。结果:74条输卵管,宫腹腔镜检查发现40条输卵管通畅,21条通而不畅,13条阻塞不通;经阴道SonoVue输卵管超声造影诊断灵敏度84%,特异度92%,阳性预测值90%,阴性预测值88%。结论:经阴道SonoVue输卵管超声造影可清晰显示输卵管的走形、通畅性,准确率较高,是评价输卵管性不孕症的一种安全有效的诊断方法。 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of transvaginal SonoVue contrast-enhanced sonography and laparoscopy in diagnosis of patients with tubal infertility.Methods Transvaginal SonoVue contrast-enhanced sonography were performed in 37 patients with tubal infertility before laparoscopy,then the diagnostic results were analyzed with that of laparoscopy.Results Among 74 fallopian tubes demonstrated that 40 cases were patent,21 cases were adhesive,13 cases were blocked.The sensitivity and specificity of transvaginal SonoVue contrast-enhanced sonography were 84% and 92%,respectively.Moreover,the positive and negative predictive value were 90% and 88%,respectively.Conclusion Transvaginal SonoVue contrast-enhanced sonography can display the morphology and patency of fallopian tube,which is a safe and accurate diagnostic method for evaluation of tubal infertility.
