摘要
对蜂胶中的黄酮类化合物用溶剂法和超声波法按最佳工艺条件进行提取,用扫描电镜和提取物对猪油氧化稳定性的影响比较提取效果,结果表明超声波对蜂胶作用明显,提取效率提高近4%。
Flavonoids were extracted by solvent and ultrasound from propolis at the optimum condition,the effect of the extraction was compared by SEM and extration's antioxidation ability,there is evidence effect on the propolis by ultrasound extration and improve the extraction efficiency almost 4 %.
