足底压力中心移动面积评价方法的比较 被引量:7

摘要 目的比较4种足底压力中心面积计算方法的差异,甄选出足底压力中心移动面积的最佳计算方法。方法34名男性随机分为A组和B组,应用三维测力台测试所有受试者在睁眼前后脚站立姿势下30s的静态姿势控制能力,所得数据分别进行矩形法、积分法、95%置信圆法和95%置信椭圆法的面积计算。结果 A组和B组的矩形面积皆明显大于95%圆面积和95%椭圆面积。A组矩形面积、95%圆面积和95%椭圆面积大于B组,而B组的积分面积大于A组,所有数据之间未有显著性差异。结论矩形面积不能有效反应姿势稳定性的特征。足底压力中心移动面积的评价方法应该选择积分法和95%置信圆法或95%置信椭圆法。 Purpose To compare the differences of four calculated methods of center of pressure sway area and selected the most representative one.Methods The subjects were 34 men who were randomly divided into A group and B group.The force plate was used to collect the static balance data of all participants under tandem stance with eyes-openfor 30s.The sway area of all data was calculated by rectangular method,integral method,95% confidence circle method and 95% confidence ellipse method.Results The rectangular area was significantly larger than 95% confidence circle area and 95% confidence ellipse area in both groups.The rectangular area,95% confidence circle area and 95% confidence ellipse area in the A group were larger than B group,and the integral area was smaller than B group without significantly differences.Conclusions The rectangular area of center of pressure can't reflect the real character of the postural stability,and the integral area and 95% confidence circle area or 95% confidence ellipse area are better.
