On Three Principles to Ensure Successful Cross-cultural Communication from Pragmatic Perspective——Mutual-cognition,Mutual-benefit and Mutual-tolerance in Multicultural Society

地球村的形成并不意味着文化同质化,世界仍然是多元文化并存且不断地发生碰撞。如何确保世界人民之间的交流更顺利?三个因素与成功的跨文化交际紧密相关:第一,认知因素,第二,操作因素,第三,感情因素。基于这三要素,成功的跨文化交际应遵循互知、互利、互让三原则。

The formation of global village does not mean cultural assimilation.Multi-culture will co-exist in the world forever and often conflict in cross-cultural communication.Then,how to ensure the cross-cultural communication to go on smoothly,three factors are closely related with cross-cultural communication.They are cognitive factor,operating factor and emotional factor.Based on these three factors,we put forward three specific operating principles:mutual-cognition,mutual-benefit and mutual-tolerance.
