摘要
集成通信是建设智能电网最为基础的技术,它不仅是其他关键技术的基础,而且是智能电网的核心组成部分。在研究国内外集成通信技术的基础上,结合国内智能电网的发展要求,归纳总结了一些已进入商业化应用或是正处于研究发展当中的集成通信新技术。分析了我国现有电力通信网络存在的问题,并阐述了以下一代网络技术为基础建设开放标准、高速双向的全集成通信网络。在建设满足我国现在和未来发展需求的智能电网前提下,应用集成通信技术和其他技术能带来显著的经济效益,文中从电网公司、消费者以及电网运行本身的角度总结了应用集成通信技术所带来的经济效益。
As the fundamental technology in the contstruction of smart grid,integrated communications is not only the foundation for other communication technologies,but also the core component of smart grid.On the basis of research on integrated communication technologies at home and abroad,considering the development requirements of smart grid,this paper summarizes and analyzes new integrated communications technologies which have entered the commercial application or under research and development.The paper also analyzes the current problems in China's electric power communications and introduces ways to construct an open,standard,high-speed,two-way,fully integrated communications network based on the next-generation network technologies,which not only meets the requirements of smart grid at present and in the future,but also brings significant economic benefits.Furthermore,the paper summarizes the economic benefits of the application of integrated communications from the perspective of the grid operator,power consumer,and the operation of the grid itself.
