柠檬酸对A.ferrooxidans磁小体产生及转铁相关基因的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在不同浓度的柠檬酸条件下,采用qPCR方法分别考察了A.ferrooxidans BY-3磁小体合成相关基因mpsA的同源基因、铁摄取通路:Fe(Ⅱ)转运系统(FeoABC)相关基因feoB以及Fe(Ⅲ)转运系统——二柠檬酸TonB依赖Fe(Ⅲ)摄取系统(FecA1)的相关基因tonB的表达情况。结果表明:feoB、tonB及mpsA基因表达随柠檬酸浓度的变化而变化。mpsA与tonB基因的表达趋势相同,与feoB不同。
