城乡统筹视角下职业教育生态体系构建

Construction of Ecological System of Vocational Education from the Perspective of Urban-rural Integration

在城乡统筹视角下,制约职业教育发展的问题依然突出:发展环境欠佳,发展理念有偏差,办学机制不灵活,发展结构和层次不均衡。依据教育生态学原理,构建职业教育生态体系要做好以下几方面工作:加强政府统筹力度;推进职业教育体制改革与创新;坚定为社会主义新农村建设服务的方向;推动教育联通机制的建立。

From the perspective of urban-rural integration,there still exist some outstanding factors restricting the develop ment of vocational education,such as the poor developmental environment,the deviations in developmental conception,the inflexible school-running mechanism and the unbalanced developmental structure and levels.Based on the principle of ed ucational ecology,the ecological system of vocational education can be built by strengthening the government’s overall planning,advancing the reform and innovation of vocational education system,stick firmly to the orientation of serving the construction of new socialist countryside and promoting the establishment of integrated education mechanism.
