摘要
以UNESCO和欧盟为代表的国际组织以及以澳大利亚为代表的职教发达国家都从国际和地区比较的角度制定了评估和监控职业教育质量的指标体系。对这些国际组织和国家职业教育质量评估体系的具体维度和指标分析发现,如下几方面是国际职业教育评估体系的共同特征:重视对职业教育发展经济社会背景的考察;从把职业教育作为一个完整体系的角度制定指标体系;对职业教育投入与结果的评估是最核心的评估内容;评估指标突出职业教育与行业、企业及劳动力市场联系密切的本质特征。
The UNESCO,European Union and Australia all have made the index system for evaluating and monitoring the quality of vocational education from the perspective of international and regional comparison.There exist some differ ences in the dimensions and material indicators among the systems of the three samples.However,they have some com mon characteristics: attaching importance to evaluation the economic and social context of the development of vocational education;taking vocational education as an integrated system;the indicators on the input and outcomes of vocational edu cation are the core contents of the evaluation system;the indicators stand out the essential nature of vocational education that it has close relationship with the industry,enterprise and labour market.
