摘要
用乙酸乙酯从玻璃海鞘中提取多不饱和脂肪酸,通过正交实验对提取工艺进行研究,得其最佳提取条件为:温度 50 ℃,提取时间 240 min,料液比 1 : 3,提取次数 2 次。按此工艺提取,得脂肪酸产率为 1.22 %,利用气相色谱进行分析,得其中多不饱和脂肪酸含量为 66.40 %,EPA 和 DHA 含量之和为 15.20 %。
Polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) is extracted from Ciona intestinalisLinnaeus by organic solvent. Extraction process is studied through orthogonal experiment and the optimization is listed as follows Ciona intestinalis has been extracted with ethyl acetate at 50 ℃ for 240 min, w (weight of Ascidian):v (volume of ethyl acetate )=1:3, Ciona intestinalisLinnaeus is extracted twice, and the yield is 1.22 %. According to the analysis of GC, the content of PUFA in the product is 66.40 %, and the content of EPA and DHA is 15.20 %.
