The cost of education is an important topic in education economics, it has drawn wide attention from all sectors of society. The investment brings huge profit to individuals and society. The paper starts from the discussion of the theoretical basis of cost sharing and compensation of higher education, specificly analyzes the subject of cost sharing and compensation in our country higher education is government, employers, colleges and universities and the educated person.
