摘要
在人造金刚石的制造过程中,若由于工件疲劳等原因,某一个钨钢顶锤出现裂缝,会造成重大经济损失。介绍了一种金刚石压机顶锤检测与防护装置,可以运用声纹识别技术,先提取顶锤断裂声特征参数,建立顶锤断裂声模板库;再将金刚石压机工作现场声音特征参数与顶锤断裂声模板库进行比对,相符则切断金刚石压机工作电源,实现了对其余完好顶锤的保护。经验证,检测正确率可以达到77%。
During the manufacturing of synthetic diamond,there might appear crevice on the tungsten steel anvil cell due to material fatigue,which leads to significant economic losses.Anvil cell detection and protection device,which uses voiceprint recognition technology,is introduced.First,it extracts characteristic parameters of the anvil cell breaking sound,and establishes a breaking sound template library.Then it compares the characteristic parameters of the sound caught in site with the library.If the caught characteristic is the same as that of the breaking sound,the power will be cut down and the rest of the anvil cell is protected.Results show that the detection accuracy can reach 77%.
