人工双动头治疗80岁以上老年股骨颈骨折近期疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of artificial double-action head for displaced femoral neck fracture patients aged over 80

目的评价人工双极股骨头假体置换治疗80岁以上股骨颈骨折近期临床应用效果。方法我科2002年4月～2012年3月住院治疗80岁以上的老年股骨颈骨折患者148例,共148髋行人工双动头假体置换术,随访3～9年,平均6.8年,对其术后并发症、Harris评分及关节功能进行回顾性分析。结果随访期间无假体松动、下沉、感染,术后随访Harris评分为(80±3.6)分,优良率为88.5%。结论人工双极股骨头假体置换治疗80岁以上老年股骨颈骨折近期随访效果满意。

Objective To analyse the effect of bipolar artificial femoral head replacement for treatment of femoral neck fracture in patinents aged over 80.Methods Through April 2002 to March 2012 in our department,148 patients,were treated,and followed up for 3 to 9 years,(average 6.8 years,)Analysis of treatment efficacy and complication were determined Results No prosthesis loosening,subsidence,and infection were found during the follow-up,Harris score was(80± 3.6),the excellent and good rate was 88.5%.Conclusion Bipolar artificial femoral head replacement for the treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly has satisfactory effect.
