摘要
北京地区自2012年5月31日起执行第五阶段车用汽油标准(即京Ⅴ标准),其中对汽油的硫含量和辛烷值等指标提出了新的要求。为了保证占汽油总量80%～85%的催化裂化汽油能够满足京Ⅴ标准顺利出厂,作为中国石油化工股份有限公司沧州分公司催化裂化汽油脱硫的重要装置——汽油吸附脱硫装置经过一系列优化调整后,保证了汽油吸附脱硫装置的产品质量。
The fifth stage gasoline standard for vehicle(i.e.Beijing V standard) has been carried out in Beijing area since May 31,2012.According to this standard,new requirements have been raised for the sulfur content and octane number index in gasoline.In order to ensure the catalytic cracking gasoline,which accounts for 80-85 wt% of the total gasoline,to meet Beijing V standard and pass the factory inspection,a series of optimization adjustment has been made for the gasoline adsorption desulfurization device which is an important device for the desulfurization of catalytic gasoline in Cangzhou Company.This guarantees the good product quality of FCC gasoline adsorption desulfurization device.
