摘要
在运用小波分层阈值降噪方法对再制造发动机磨合振动信号进行降噪处理的过程中,结合现有方法,提出了一种新的分层阈值确定方法,通过仿真对比分析,证明了该方法的优越性,得出了适用于再制造发动机磨合振动信号降噪处理的方法。小波时频分析结果证明了该方法的有效性,为下一步磨合振动特征的提取奠定了基础。
In the process of using the wavelet hierarchical threshold denoising method to reduce noise of remanufactured engine running-in vibration signal,a new method for determining hierarchical threshold is proposed based on the analysis of existing methods.Through simulation comparison analysis,the method is proved to be superior and is suitable for denoising of the remanufactured engine running-in vibration signal.Wavelet time-frequency analysis results show the validity of this method,which lays a good foundation for the following extraction of running-in vibration characteristics.
