摘要
综述了表面滚压强化技术的原理、特点及其研究与应用发展现状,指出其重点研究方向是将该技术用于各类零件表面的维修与强化;重视微观组织强化机理研究,以探究微观塑性应变与宏观工艺之间的关系,并加强有限元仿真方面的研究,利用其对滚压工艺进行优化,使该技术普适性更强、效率更高、应用范围更广;对滚压强化技术未来发展趋势进行了展望。
The general principle,characteristics,research and application progress of surface rolling strengthening technology are introduced in this paper.The maintenance and strengthening in all kinds of parts surface as a key research direction of the technology is pointed out.Great attention should be paid to the study of microstructure strengthening mechanism,so that the relationship between microscopic plastic strain and macroscopic process could be explored.The process optimization research of the technology by finite element simulation should be strengthened energetically to obtain the optimum processing conditions,so it could get more powerful universality,higher efficiency and wider application area.At last,the future development trend of rolling strengthening technology is prospected.
