摘要
针对目前大部分中小城市交通干线拥堵现象和道路现有的交通信号设施设备,提出1种定时双向绿波协调控制策略。通过对城市干线交通控制策略及其控制方法的研究,在MaxBand核心模型的基础上,以双向绿波带宽和最大为目标,引入启动清空时间,利用LinGo软件计算模型获得更精确和符合实际的相位差,保证了绿波带宽的有效性,降低了车辆停车率和平均延误时间。实际应用表明该方法能有效改善主干线的交通运行现状。
For the majority of small and medium-sized urban traffic trunk jams and existing road traffic signal facilities,this paper presents a timing two-way green wave coordinated control strategy.Through studying the urban trunk road traffic control strategies and control methods,on the basis of the MAXBAND core model,with maximizing two-way green wave bandwidth as the objective,this paper introduces starting empty time,and calculates the model by using LINGO software to obtain more precise and practical offset,which ensures the validity of the green wave band and reduces the vehicle parking rates and average delay time.The actual application shows that this method can effectively improve the running status of urban trunk road traffic.
